 SHIPPING POLICY

We have a small batch of candles ready-made but the majority will be made to order.

We aim to dispatch our candles within 4-5 business days of your purchase

This does not include shipping times. Please be mindful of this when you purchase your candles.

 

 

We currently use Royal Mail delivery for all our orders. There are options for 1^stClass Signed For and 2^ndClass Signed For. Due to Covid-19, many delivery providers are experiencing delays. This is why we have chosen to use a tracked delivery system.

 

1st Class Signed For is £4.50. This usually arrives in 1-2 business days

2nd Class delivery is £3.95. This usually arrives in 2-3 business days

 

 

 

We currently ship to Europe, USA and Australia.We hope to increase the reach of our products as we grow as a company.

Shipping cost is dependant on weight.

1kg-2kg is £14.00

 

USA: Tracked Service

0-0.5kg  is £15.00

0.5-1kg is £20.00

1kg-2kg is £28.00
